SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

ECKO has FDA clearance to ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO address (for military personnel). Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.

No shipments outside of the U.S. at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your zip code. The exact shipping charges will be calculated at this time.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order ships you will be sent a UPS or USPS tracking number so you can track your package.  The ECKO will only ship upon receipt of the signed prescription from your treating physician.

RETURNS

If you are not seeing the results with your device, please contact your ECKO consultant to discuss alternate treatment options. If you would like to return your device, please first contact our customer service team to start the return process.

Please allow 2 weeks for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account if returned within 30 days of initial purchase date.

WARRANTY

ECKO is covered by a no hassle warranty for 1 year. If your device fails for any reason during the course of normal use, we will repair or replace it for free. Our warranty does NOT cover abuse or water damage. For warranty service or questions during the warranty period, please contact customer service.

TOTAL LIFE TIME PROGRAM DETAILS

ECKO Life Time provides a lifetime supply of reusable electrodes, replacement accessories and device repairs for the original purchaser’s individual use only. Device replacement provided at the discretion of ECKO and is not applicable for lost devices or model upgrades. Replacement electrodes and accessories are obtained by contacting customer service either by phone or email. ECKO reserves the right to limit the amount of supplies shipped to each Life Time customer. The limit is at the discretion of ECKO and is typically 2x the average customer usage.
